Hi all,
I'm a newbie in this sort of things, but can anyone recommend a good BGA re-ball kit? And a good flash programmer that supports a wide range of BGA flash chips?
I welcome any recommendation you have. Thank you in advance.

You don't reuse a BGA, nor a TQFP144 by the way. And BGAs are programmed in-circuit. At least all I know of.
