looking for obsolete part TI TL4941N PWM controller

I'm after 500 or so of these TI no longer list them, anyone know a source, ideally I'd like a dozen first but will definately need 500 or more

I think you mean a TL494...

Note that the 494CN and 494IN are both the same.

Sorry... except for the temperature range. Do you really need -40C - +85C? What application is it used in?
