Hi Group,
I am interested to have the datasheets for the above chips. I've looked into the OKI websites but they seem not to have the datasheet. Is the 8755 only made by intel or was it second courced by NEC or Mitsubishi ?
If someone has the old data book, I would be most grateful if you can scan the sheets on how to program the eprom inside the chip.

8355 is a 16384 ROM with I/O 8755 is a 16384 EPROM with I/O 40 pins for bothIf you don't have any success in finding them, let me give a valid email. I can scan it if necessary

The NEC equivalents parts are uPD8355 and uPD8755. The former is a ROM version, the latter is an EPROM version. I'm fairly certain I once programmed an 8755 to replace a faulty 8355, so I believe the parts are interchangeable. In fact I may still have a blank NEC uPD8755 somewhere.
