Re: I'm looking for RTL8187 datasheet.

That's true ! Nothing between RTL8169S-32 and RTL8201N references
on the Realtek's chips datasheets page (!?) :
http://www.realtek.com.tw/search/default.aspx?keyword=datasheet
Try to contact Realtek's Communications Network Products
division at Realtek's Taiwan Headquarters by eMail :
Wireless LAN ICs
Tel: +886-3-578-0211 Ext: 3556 or 3887
Fax: +886-3-577-6598
Email: snipped-for-privacy@realtek.com.tw
Maybe you can obtain needed datasheet by this way ?
However, they have 2 general information pages
for 2 variants of the 8187 :
RTL8187B :
http://www.realtek.com.tw/products/productsView.aspx?Langid=1&PFid=1&Level=6&Conn=5&ProdID14%3
RTL8187L :
http://www.realtek.com.tw/products/productsView.aspx?Langid=1&PFid=1&Level=6&Conn=5&ProdID36 %
They also have drivers for Windows & Linux (may be driver sources for
Linux with information that may help you ?)
See
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid24%&PFid=1&Level=6&Conn=5&ProdID36%&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true
