Hi I have a Sony KV35V36 TV that has only about 10KV for high voltage, do I need a nesw flyback? Thank yoiu Vince I don't have enough voltage for the filiment to light up.

Possibly, but I would look elsewhere first. What's the B+ voltage? Bad capacitors are common.
