Hello About three years ago I lost everything on my Sony 27 in., Model KV27S26, replaced HOT , two transistors and a Fuseistor , everything is still OK , my sister has almost the same model 27 in. Sony and she lost the picture but has audio and Ch. change , her husband called me and he said the CRT Filament is not lit , looks like they have a different problem , any thoughts would be appreciated. Phil: My first thoughts are that you should get the television on your bench so you can actually perform some tests and do some real troubleshooting. Obviously, based on the symptoms, check the LOPT, HOT, regulated B+, and associated circuitry and check that the CRT heaters are not open. Daniel Sofie Electronics Supply & Repair - - - - - - -
