Hi...I have a Sanyo VCR-7250 in great condition except it needs a new idler and belts. Unfortunately, these parts are NLA for this model. Does anyone know what parts one could substitute or another way to resurface the idler? Thanks

A parts supplier like MCM or MAT will have a complete selection of rubber parts.
This site should allow you to find out the correct sizes by VCR model number.
