I've got a Luxman K-5A cassette deck in for service that could use a set of belts and idlers. The last Luxman parts distributors I dealt with (Pacific Coast Parts and Canton) are not able to help.
Does anyone know of a source, or at least have dimensions of the belts? I can probably resurface the idlers.

Sounds like you're just going to have to size them up and replace them with generics from MCM or the like. Might take some experimentation. Fortunately most generic belts don't cost much over .50 each from MCM or East Coast Transistor parts, etc. Should be able to guess a range, like 8.0 x .20 to
10.5 or so, then order several, and try one 'til you get a fit you like. Kind of a pain though...Mark Z.
