I have a Panasonic KX TG2000B cordless phone base with 6 KX TGA200B wireless handsets. In short order number 1 button on 3 handsets does not function. Is there a guide for opening the handset and possibly cleaning the contacts.
Don't know the model, but some cordless handsets have screws (check battery compartment and remove battery!) some just pop apart with a screwdriver that it put in the seam and twisted and others use a combo of both (screws and hidden latches needing prying on seem.)
