Customer brought in:

Phillips Model: 19PS56C125 Chassis: 19E800 7584 Manufacture Date: Sept 1999

Dead on arrival.

Opened it up and found:

  1. 4amp fuse blown black
  2. Diodes 6502 = open and 6504 = shorted (1N5062-TFW)
  3. FET 7518 = shorted G-D-S (P6NA60FP)
  4. HOT 7402 = OK (BUT11APX)

There is a burned spot on the PCB side that has fractured 2 surface mount components that I can not distinguish what they are. They are located side-by-side near transistor 7400. One has an identifier as 2402 and the other is ?420.

I would be most appreciative if anyone that has lit on this set could research what those 2 burned components are. With that info, maybe it will be an easy fix after that.

Thank you,
