Hello. Our AV-56WP30 TV was working fine the other day. The next time it was turned on, all the colors were mixed. We were told to check the Convergence settings, and sure enough, they were ALL off.
The only thing is the Red won't adjust vertically. I would appreciate any help with this.
Call a Technician in to fix the convergence section.
Thanks. I actually scheduled a tech yesterday who will be here next week. I was just wondering if there was something I was doing wrong. Does this sound like an adjustment the tech will make, and / or a new lens?
Adjustments don't repair defective circuits, and unless the lens was hit with a hammer, it's fine. The tech will check for def amp ICs, waveform generator circuit, convergence yokes, and power supplies.
