Convergence Problem on a Samsung Projection TV

Sorry, but it sounds like the green was the preset reference, and not adjustable, and now, instead of repairing the problem by replacing the bad component(s), you now have misconverged the R and B as well. Good luck.

What's the model? The green IS fixed, & the blue, & red overlay onto the green. The main green adjustment for getting the green lined up sguare for reference, is the rings on the CRT neck (don't touch them), for the problem you have. You likely need to replace the two convergenc IC's, & possibly a couple of low value resistors. Sky.

I have a 42" Samsung Projection TV, model # not handy right now.

I have the same problem: the convergence is all screwed up and the image is distorted, i tried to do the automatic "perfect picture" or "picture perfect" function to self adjust the alignment; that was useless. How can i check for coolant leaks, am i better off forgetting this TV and buying another one?
