Model # 27CX22B-501 service # CZHT2771DT Someone was into the EEPROM possibly, unit is perfect, but plug it in, it comes on, & won't turn off! Ideas? Rono.

Autoprogram the tv set to turn off factory mode, or set the clock. Sounds like factory mode was left on in service mode. Otherwise go into the usual Zenith service menu and verify that it is not left in factory adjust mode, and the AC-on feature is not turned on.
