Help with Onkyo Reciever no output

I'm working on a Onkyo A-SV610 Pro receiver with no outputs . I've tracked it down to not getting a low signal from the UDP6345 that controls the output relays. I can short out an output and enable the main or remote speakers so I know I'm on the right track. It gets clocks and inputs when I hit the mail speaker switch. The odd thing is that the remote speaker button don't seem to be working either by generating input to the 6345 or by lighting the remote label on the display. Before I assume its the 6345 or rip apart the front panel I thought I'd see if anyone has seen this before and can explain why the remote speaker switch wouldn't be working Also any suggestions on where to get the UDP6345 would be appreciated Thanks in Advance BOB

If you do force the relays, does it actually work ok ? Are you sure that the driver chip is not failing to be enabled, because a fault condition such as an output DC offset is being detected ?

If I ground the outputs of the chip the appropriate relay closes and it sounds great. The inputs all appear to be as expected Enable high clock and input when I push the button . so I'm thinking its either the chip or somehow the remote speaker selector not working is corrupting the input signal such that the internal shift register is out of sync. I might put a logic analyzer on it tomorrow as a final test Bob
