greetings!!
a have an aoc monitor that has a flashing display whenever a signal from the video card is received. the screen's brightness is so high and the picture too big.the display flashing is synchronized by the flashing of the green led. just a faint click is heard. Did anyone encountered this problem and give me suggestions on how to fix this one.
