i am developing an application on an embedded linux device.
i would like the application to authenticate the username and password to a remote server using ppp/gprs connectivity.
something is mentioned in the manual about doing the ppp connection. But i am not sure how to send the username/password stuff to the server .
The server is also supposed to send a simple menu of items in xml, that should be viewed on this device.
i will appreciate any help.
