How about a full time job? Who gets full time jobs?

It use to be you can interview with a company and they would give you a "full time" job.

Today, companies want to see you in action.

After X number of months, you either helped make the product or you didn't.

Unless you went to school with the boss, or went to the same school as the boss, (or you are sleeping with the bosses daughter) this is the new reality.

This has been the way of employers for years.
