Build ucLinux on Atari ST

Feb 17, 2004 2 Replies

Hello,

i want to build ucLinux for an Atari ST (1 MBytes to 4 Mbytes RAM, no MMU). Which steps do I have to take? Has someone done a port of ucLinux to Atari STs?

Christian

Hi Christian,

There's no Atari target in the uClinux config yet, but there's a number of other

68000 processor configs. Apparently someone has had it running (at least partially) before, so it's not impossible.

playing with the uClinux configs with a bit of help from google, and you should be able to get it done with minimum pain.

There is an Amiga port, that was based on an Atari ST port that seems to have disappeared.
