Hallo, Is it possible to connect a FSL peripheral to a XCL channel of Xilinx Multi-Channel Sdram Controller?
I would read data from memory and send it out the fpga.

Yes, this should be fine. The signal interface is identical, you just need to make your FSL peripheral talk the XCL protocol. See pp 51-54 of the MicroBlaze refernce guide.
