tektronix 577 & 576

I just bought a tek 576 from a leasing company works but has focus problem anyone with maintenance manual around in pdfs .... best regards patrick

Hi Patrick,

yout topic is a little misleading because you mention both the 577

*and* 576.

Do as Jim recommended. Check the HV area and the focus restor chain of your 576.

The 577 diagram (or very similar in the HV area: 5100 scope diagram) might be helpful to get a genral impression how Tektronix curve tracers are set up in this area around the CRT.

Fotr the 577: David's hint is valuable.
