Low cost stand-alone image processing

Those of you developing image processing systems will be interested to learn of the recent launch of DSKcam. This low-cost daughter card interfaces seamlessly to a Texas Instruments DSP development board thus enabling the power of TI's blazingly fast 2400MIPS processors to be used for real time processing in stand alone, machine vision applications.



Until the launch of DSKcam, an equivalent 'smart camera' would cost well over $1000.
