I am desperately looking for a 8051 microcontroller with CAN onboard and Flash ROM. If anybody knows about one please let me know.

Both Atmel and Silicon Labs (formerly known as Cygnal) have some:
T89C51CC0[12] C8051F0[46][0123]

Even if all the snow were burnt, ashes would remain.
There is a T89C51CC03 out there, same architecture like 01, but expanded memory: 2k XRAM, 64K FLASH.

PS: a simple "gg:8051 flash can" in the konqueror, shows up a lot more.
