Mein Gott, ihr könnt aber auch Fragen stellen...

+/-20%; kostete übrigens 59Pfennig, wenn man mehr als 500 genommen hat.

Glücklicherweise habe ich Lieferliste des Siemens Bauteile Service von

1986 nicht weggeschmissen und auch das Siemens-Taschenbuch "Röhren Halbleiter Bauelemente" von 1962/63 halte ich als Erbstück in Ehren. Wenn also noch jemand Kurzdaten von einem TF78, einer Tu7 (Tunneldiode) oder GD1Q benötigt, nur zu...

Unklar ob das der "JN" Aufdruck hergibt.

J=5% K=10% L=15% ( typisch teutsch ... ) M=20%

Der gängige "Schwerpunkttyp" war aber 20%
