Hi, das TTL vom Board, also 3,3 oder 5. An einem Pin liegt die Indikator-LED, da kannst Du ja sonst nix anschließen. Allerdings wird je nach Signalmethode oder Kommunikation selten solange gewartet, bis die volle TTL erreicht ist.

Das kommt ganz darauf an, ob und wo das Kabel angeschlossen ist.

Speziell bei abgezogenem Kabel sollten die Spannung recht gering sein :-) Um noch was konstruktives beizutragen:
