Ich will ja nix sagen, aber (aus der Bedienungsanleitung von dem TP-Link):

"TL-POE200 Power over Ethernet Kit is not compliant with IEEE

802.3af standard. The TL-POE200A (PoE Injector) and TL-POE200B (PoE Splitter) can only be operated together. Pairing the devices with any other PoE adapter is dangerous."

Was dann eigentlich auch nur das wiedergibt, was ich bisher selbst erfahren habe. ;-). So nun nennt mir bitte mal ein Teil, das 802.3af compliant ist und nicht teurer als ein WLAN-Router... (was so ca. 20 Eur sind).

Ich vermute mehr zur rechtlichen Absicherung. Meine Snom-Telefone versorgt der Injector klaglos.

4 Paare.

Alle Standard-PoE-Varianten nutzen jeweils beide Adern eines Paares parallel auf gleichem DC-Potential.

an die Kabel und angehobener Mindestspannung.

Es gibt wohl PoE-Splitter um 15? (TL-PoE10R) und Injectoren um 20? (TL-POE1

50S). Die Leistung ist aber begrenzt.
