Ich habe vorher Micron Storage Executive als Cache benutzt. Das ist ein dynamischer Cache. PrimoCache ist kein dynamischer Cache. Ich habe PrimoCache feste 8192 MiByte RAM gegeben, ich habe ja genug (64 GiByte).

Weil PrimoCache nicht dynamisch ist, ist es schneller.

Bei der Verwendung solcher Software ist eine USV angeraten wenn die Daten auf dem System wichtig sind.

NVMe eben... Die meisten M.2-Slots haben beides, SATA und bis zu 4 PCIe-Lanes. Genaueres sagt das Handbuch zum Board. Auf meinem Bord
