Ich habe hier ein Bauteil mit der Bezeichnung B941 liegen. Dem Gehäuse nach zu urteilen ein Leistungstransistor/FET/o.ä. Hat jemand ne Ahnung was das sein könnte bz. einen Link zum Datenblatt?

Japan-Typ. Stell ein 2S davor und google dann mal nach 2SB941.
