Kann man einen AT28C64B, bei dem SDP eingeschaltet ist, mit Chip Erase,
sich dazu aus.

Ausprobieren.
Jedenfalls gibts diesen Weg: "It should be noted that even after the SDP is enabled the user may still perform a byte or page write to the AT28C64B by preceding the data to be writte by the same
