I have googled for freeware win32 software to make ASCII circuit diagrams, but I can't seem to find such a ting. Are there any good ones?

I haven't seen all posts, but there was a guy a few years back when I first started who coded an application that created a substitution for ASCII art. It was a bit controversial here due to its not crating strictly text files, something like that.
