Nope. I bet is pisses people off for quite a ways off. Probably even messes with a few TV sets in the immediate vicinity as well. Still think it's cool though.
So, when's he going to connect the modulator to his hi-fi and play stuff like "The 1812 Overture", or "Claire de Lune", or "Maple Leaf Rag"? ;-)
