Dear All
We want to feed in Microwaves (about 5 GHz) into a micron-sized CPW (made out of Gold). How does one bond these structures ideally? Many wire-bonds (since we also want to feed a DC current through those wires), Ribbon-Bonds - or what else?
Has anyone experience with such questions?
