Salve uso switchercadIII per le simulazioni, il modello che uso per il diac e' molto scadente ed e' questo (conduce un po' quando vuole):

In rete ho trovato questi due che pero' non funzionano, sono per LTspice e credo siano adatti, noto che il comando .subckt ha parametri diversi pur es sendo in tutti i casi un diac, io non mi ci raccapezzo, qualcuno conosce le modifiche da fare per farlo funzionare? Nel secondo mi pare di capire che sono compresi 6 modelli, ma per usarli de vo rinominare il componente sullo schema chiamandolo non "diac" ma "db3"?
