Adattatore d' impedenza o come si chiama

Volendo utilizzare un vecchio cellulare ogni tanto per registrare qualcosina al volo da un attacco audio a livello di linea oppure da un uscita per CUFFIE, bisogna inserire qualche resistenza per entrare nell' entrata microfono del telefono ? :D

Credo proprio di sì... visto che un microfono produce una d.d.p. bassissima. Non saprei di quanti Ohm però.
