Evil cultures follow the blueprints provided by succesful species such as wasps, bees and ants: The Hive.

Everything inside the hive is organised and strictly policed policed so everyone know their tasks; everything not of the the hive belongs to two simple categories: Enemies and "Food". The pattern is quite similar to the ants in that the evil culture starts the cleansing and the looting close to home and work it's way out until it meets significant resistance.

When the evil culture cannot expand further and it eventually runs out of enemies to destroy or people to plunder/enslave it will loose it's resolve and collapse from the collateral damage of upping the qualifications for "members of the hive" to levels that severely damage most of the population.

shut the f*ck up and lurk for a year or two. maybe you can learn something about usenet that way. you might learn enough to not be flame bait or troll. i am not going to hold my breath though.
