One of our acquaintances manage to diagnose Reagan's incipient dementia when he was running for his second term. Nobody with those skills seems to think that Biden has a problem. The Trump election propaganda team were simply lying. I have. You do seem to be remarkably foolish and unimaginative. The idea that you couldn't dump a small part of an aircraft without wrecking the integrity of the rest of the structure is entirely insane. You need to think about retractable landing gear - you may not be able to afford the kind of aircraft that has this kind of refinement, but they do exist. And you probably don't need to dump the battery as single unit - once it is out of the aircraft you should be able to get it to break up into smaller and less lethal lumps, with lower terminal velocities.

A Tesla battery pack seems to contain 6,831 individual cells, so the individual lumps could be quite small.
