I am looking for inexpensive cross C cross Complier, Simulator, Emulator and Dev. board for TI DSP TMS320C6474.
Please advice!

My dear friend,
If the cost of the compiler/simulator/dev. board for TMS6474 is a problem for you, that simply means you haven't yet grow up to the experience level required to work with 6474. So, while you are asking the questions like above, the advice to you would be stick to PIC/AVR.
