Yeah, definitely post which blade you like, and for what task. I've been cutting my PCBs with the blade that our Byrnes came with, and it works okay so far, but I've thought there must a "proper" type.
Which carbide and diamond saws did you pick? These?:
The kerf on that Tungsten is 97 mils... pretty wide.

A table saw can only make straight cuts in a not very well controlled fashi on. We used an X-Y compound table mounted on a good drill press:
This can make very well controlled cuts down to the mil
Okay. That diameter is too little for our Byrnes. I've been using a 3" 40 mil kerf 90T slitting blade because I don't know any better. Seems fine so far.
