stablish a library of MOSFET (level=7)

I have got the paremeters of mosfet (level=7) from a company.Now I don`t know how to make a library with these paremeters????what`s the form of level=7???I have searched for it,but there is level=3 only. Who can help me?????Thanks,very much~~~

Level=7 is used by PSPICE for a BSIM 3.1 level of MOSFET modeling.

Yes. Level=7 goes in the model "card".

Beware, trying to roll your own high level models is NOT for amateurs.
