John, I'm rapidly loosing respect for you. You claim to want to discuss electronics design and then you post off-topic things that you don't even identify as off-topic.

Are you going insane? Please ask someone who knows you intimately, but not that woman you live with.

Digging back on a couple years of his posting history, and anyone can see that he has exhibited a shift... from basic to complete asshole.

No, of course not, since you have no respect for yourself.

Kill-filtering cuts off any input from people you disagree with. That's pretty much shoving your head up your own ass.

As for Jim Thompson calling anybody else a cranky old fart ....

I talk about electronics; JS doesn't.

And why would I want to argue with myself in public?

I learned to touch type decades ago with a manual typewriter - delete keys are for leftist weenies. How do /you/ manage?

I disagree, Jim went through a period where he was cranky, he may recall, even I gave him a hard time about it :-) But in the last couple years he has come out of the funk and is as pleasant as Sunday morning with coffee.
