Need adapter: 1 x 2.5mm 4C female TO 2 x 3.5mm 3C male (to use cell phone headset on my PC)

Hi folks,

I want to use my Samsung i730 original stereo headset (2.5mm 4C) in my computer (3.5mm 3C for the speakers + 3.5mm for the microphone) for Skype, speech recognition, etc.

So the adapter I need should be:

Side 1: TWO 3.5mm 3C male (to connect to the computer's mic and speaker jacks)

Side 2: ONE 2.5mm 4C female (to plug in the headset)

Is there anything like that available? The cable doesn't need to be long, I just need the conversion.
