Nice datasheet, but not available anywhere.

The TLC551 is pretty much as good. It's actually fully specified at

1.0V Vdd rather than 1.5V. If you really want a '555', that is.

Generally it's better to step up the single cell to something less limiting, and there are far better ways to do that than by using a '555'.
