I see that "Rich the brain dead liar" is still telling the lie about smokers not blowing smoke into someone's face. I've had it happen too many times to believe him on this or anything else he says. I go though spells of severe allergy to cigarette and cigar smoke, and the f****ng morons think its funny to put someone into respiratory arrest.

Concerning the claim that "there is no evidence" that secondhand smoke is harmful:

Though I do think that secondhand smoke is harmful, I do also think that the American Lung Association is a bunch of crackpots... they're extremists just like the global warming crowd... overdo everything, instead if rational discourse.

At least four of the places I frequent have such systems. I think it's a legal requirement for any restaurant wanting to have smoking areas.

When my son was in hospital, there was typically at least 10 nurses and orderlies smoking outside.

That's a supposition, don't know that it was proven. Was Superman a smoker?
