Hi,
Does anyone know if its still possible to get hold of these Voltage reference devices ? Am in desperate need of some but TelCom SemiConductors seem to have stopped making them !

Your voltage reference appears to be more or less equivalent to the following two-terminal bandgap reference devices: ICL8069, LM385-1.2, LT1004. All of these are readily available; see the corresponding datasheets for package and precision options.
