Anyone know what this is - ELTEC 406M34-1-1491

Hi thanks for reading this. I found a package of these transistor looking parts but they have a window on the top looks kinda like a photo transistor. Looked on the web for specs but nothing there, would anyone out there know about the specs for this part.

The Model 406 is a "single element IR detector with FET source follower electronics - 2mm dia. active area, TO5 transistor housing".

The reference to the 406M34 variant simply says "load resistor is a

1x10E7".
