Does anyone know of an equivalent that can be used for the 93L14DC? The circuit is for the display board for the 8640B. They drive the LDC segments directly. I'm sure someone has found a chip that works in circuit, failures on these boards is very common. 74LS192 chips feed into the 93L14DC, the LCD segments are HP P/N 1990-0330. The power supply is 5VDC.

1820-0701 Doesn't look like Sphere has it, thanks for the reply though. I think I found a surplus company that stocks it with a $50.00 min. Still a high minimum, but it's a lot better than the usual $250-350.
