Hmmm... It says "free trial" and "no CGI" which tells me the CGI is run on their server, 'cause there ain't no such thing as PHP without CGI.

I have a page stashed somewhere that uses an HTML form with DHTML to email me the responses of a user survey. That's a simple, free option, though it's not neccessarily the best solution. The plan was to then run a Pegasus mail script to send the body text to a program that would collate the data.
