IMO a better option is to post your stuff to your own webspace, or upload it to a free data storage service. AFAIK the latter option will allow you to retain your anonymity, if that is an issue. If your data are predominantly IC and semiconductor datasheets, then I would suggest making them available to free archiving services such as
