convert cmos to lvds

Hi i want to use the ads8422 adc but his outputs are 16 parallel cmos type i can't find a solution to convert it by serdes to lvds line another problem is on the reciever side ...i want to use a lvds reciever to convert it from lvds to a single spi line can anyone recommend any devices for this application or any other tips Thanks Shai
