Looking for the service manual for a Mitsubishi VS-5017S projection TV or if sombody has it the board layout around the tuner section so I can repair some burned traces.

Did you not want to purchase the service manual?

FWIW, I just got one directly from Mitsubishi for a VS-5040 that I recently inherited. $35.
