Value of SMD fuse

Hi,

I have a 3Com ADSL router (model 3CRWDR100Y-72) with a blown SMD fuse in the phone line input and I cannot find the value and type for a replacement.

Dimensions are 3.18mm x 1.56mm, I believe it's a 1206 size.

the fuse is transparent with the letters FT engraved. In the board are two legends, RF200 and F10. The board has pads both for the installed fuse and for other type of about 10mm width (unused).

I had been looking at data sheets in the Farnell site but cannot find what value FT means.

Can somebody let me know the proper replacement please?

Thanks

Many of the modems and phones that I have worked on, use a 150 ma to

200 ma Fast-Blow fuse feeding from the phone line.

Try the fuse. If it blows again, then you know that there is too much current somewhere.

Thanks,

The cause of failure is known, it was a big electric storm in the area and a big number of phone line connected devices died.
